These terms cover this website and the customer portal. The software itself is governed by the license agreement.

Accounts

Accounts are issued to personnel of law enforcement agencies and governmental entities after verification. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in confidential and for activity under it. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. We may suspend an account used outside these terms or the license agreement.

Downloads

Builds available in your account are licensed, not sold, under the license agreement, and may be installed only on computers for which your agency holds a seat or an evaluation credential. Verify the published checksum before installation. Do not redistribute builds outside your agency.

Orders

An order becomes binding when we confirm it or when payment is received, whichever is first. Prices exclude taxes; tax-exempt agencies provide an exemption certificate. The license agreement and any signed order document govern the licensed software.

Content

Documentation, screenshots and other material in the portal are confidential information of Blue Basin Systems, L.L.C., provided to your agency for evaluation and use of the software, and may be disclosed only as the license agreement permits or as public-records law requires.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but make no guarantee. The software never depends on this site to run; the licensing page explains the offline and continuity commitments that survive any outage.

Law

Louisiana law governs these terms, without prejudice to the governmental-licensee provisions in the license agreement.
