Refund policy

Seats that have not been redeemed on any computer may be refunded in full within 30 days of payment on request to info@bluebasinsystems.com. Once a seat has been redeemed the fee for that seat is non-refundable except as a signed order document provides, consistent with section 11 of the license agreement.

Where an agency's appropriations lapse, section 18.2 of the license agreement applies and any unused seats for the following funded period are refunded pro rata.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or by check against the original invoice within 10 business days of approval.
